They understand that this was written with tongue-in-cheek; it's a funny way to say something serious. I used to dress up as a doctor on the last day of school. The kids would ask why I was dressed like that, but I wouldn't tell them until the end of the day. That's when I'd tell them about the symptoms of DITS and hand out their "vaccine" (aka summer homework packet).
